Love Active Balance
I have tried many different probiotics and almost all caused me intestinal grief. I have been using Active Balance for several years and have no intestinal issues at all. active balance probiotic is great
There have been Dr's on PBS & Dr Oz Show stressing the importance of lots of probiotic & prebiotic. I don't have time right now to gather veggies & ferment them. Will be doing that, but for now I an taking (as recommended) 200 bil probiotic that are time-release/targeted. These seem to be both & are 50 bil each. so I take 1 when I get up 1 at lunch time 1 at supper time & last one before bed. = 200 bil. I also had a low grade yeast infection that yogurt wouldn't totally eradicate. That is when I decided it was time to heed Dr's recommendation & take care of my low flora in my gut. Started a couple months ago. & so far so good. & a side effect to 200 bil probiotic is maybe a reducton in belly fat. I am also loosing belly fat.
