Good as always
I do this twice a year for five days a time and always enjoy it. Occasionally I get a bit headachey/hangry Day 1 but if can finish Day 2 - the rest is a breeze.
I don't do it to lose weight (& don't usually) but do it to stop bad habits if I want to start being healthy e.g. energy drinks, and generally just to give my body a rest and restart everything a couple of times a year. I find I sleep better whilst on it and feel less sluggish (no carbs) & generally just feel better but some may struggle having nothing but this, water and peppermint tea for days! If you can make it past Day 2 and to the end of Day 5 the first time you do it, I think you'll be sold.
