The first blade was a dud, but...
Many of these blades are inconsistent in quality and the Sputnik seems to be no exception. The first one barely made it through a single shave. But, the following blades (3 so far) have been excellent. As in lasting for 5 days before there is a hint of dullness. Great blade not well known
I find this to be probably the best Russian blade unfortunately it is a little pricey so I stick with my favorites that are a better value, Dorco Prime Platinum ST301 Great price and Great quality, however if you have not tried Sputniks you may want to add it to your bucket list, they really are very good.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent blade...
A while back I ordered 5 Sputnik blades as a sample pack. They worked like a charm. Zero irritation and razor burn. I used them for 3 shaves with my corse heavy beard and they were just great. I ended up ordering a 100 pack. The only downside is the price because there are cheaper blades in the market. These are made in Russia and not in the US, I guess this is another downside.
