Lightweight with memory foam.
I was getting mid-foot pain when using my steel toe esd shoes. I work 12 hour shifts on concrete floors. I took out the original insoles and replaced them with these insoles. I used them for work and I noticed that I no longer had mid-foot pain after walking on them for 12 hours! I was very glad that I didn't have to replace my work shoes! These insoles are great! They are a little pricey, but worth every penny! I paid $29.95.
