The phone is just as advertised and functions well. The downside is the age of the blackberry software which struggles compared to modern equivalents. The Blackberry app store consistently reports the need to be upgraded - but then the upgrades are unsuitable for the phone model. All frustrating. If you want a simple phone and access to e-mail - this will do the job. Purchased the phone as an everyday phone replacement for work. Not a very useful phone for everyday use. Screen far too small when needing to text type. Texting is very laborious to say the least.
