easy fit as long as your F gas registered
easy to install as long as you are F gas registered and have the correct equipment as you need nitrogen to pressure test the pipework, gauges and a vacuum pump to remove the air and moisture from the pipes before allowing the refrigerant gas into them. As i am F gas registered was great 2 hours from out the box to cooling my shed. Time will tell on reliability but with 2 years standard warranty extended to 5 if you service it should be ok

So do not remove plastic pipe ends first.
All very good but two point not a clear as should be (right or left pipe exit does not look good to bend the pipes so far at a right angle) Does not say clear enough which ends of pipe work to connect first and purge information not clear. None of the above is a problem if you have done this type of work before.

Great unit, nice price, works a treat.
The air conditioner was easy to fit myself and doesn't struggle to cool the whole house in a few minutes. You need to feel comfortable drilling a hole through the wall, working with plumbing and electrics, but there's nothing that requires a specialist.

The outside unit was damaged on arrival has not been exchanged or replaced! Each time you call the supplier it costs. Approx£15.00 so far! USELESS It only gets one star because you can’t submit with no stars!
