a disappointment
this one-touch machine is expensive to buy, expensive to operate. Requires extremely complicated hard to understand maintainance on the steam nozzle. the convenience and time saving does not exist, because you have to clean-up and refill all the time. There is no access to machinery and the coffee treats provided are more like one-note fast food, consistent in bad taste and character. It costs twice as much as comparable machines. The krups company does not relate realistically to the vending machine convenience and level of responsibility it's customers are willing to pay for by demanding that hard to perform and undertand procedures be performed well, putting your investment at risk if you lack this facility.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
