Best jerk spice, ever.
I have been using this jerk spice for years. What ever you do do NOT add salt before cooking, it's in the mix and it will be very salty when you eat it. You can just rub it into what ever you are cooking, or put a big spoonful into some chopped toms with loads of garlic and let the meat marinate.
