Can't live without them!
All of my footwear that can contain inner soles have been fitted with these. I walk miles and dance til dawn in all types of shoes and boots, only because I use these! Without them I get blisters and the linings of the shoes slip and come away. It prolongs the life of the shoe/boot - instead of wearing away the insides, the inner sole wears out and gets replaced. The thickness and quality of these inner soles mean they last a year before I need to replace them unlike other thinner flimsy cheap versions. They breathe so are great all year round.
