Awesome Machine ★★★★★
The feed on this Machine is really good. It feeds Fabric better than most other Machines that I have owned. I wasn't happy at all with my Machine that SINGs (8770). I won't mention the brand or Model. The first thing that I tried is a stretch Knit. Dogs leash (1" Nylon ) .... perfect. Polyester/Rayon/Spandex (170 gsm.) Because many of my other Machines have a lot of trouble with them. Flawless performance 80 gsm Polyester/Spandex ....Awesome The adjustable maximum Speed is wonderful. The ability to decide the stopping position of the Needle ( one of the things that I liked about the other Machine ) is very nice. The automatic Needle Threader ( also liked that on the other Machine ) works very well. It's simple to use. It uses standard class 15 Bobbins. Setup is a breeze. Awesome work horse!
This machine is a work horse. I sold viking for years and I have the 11,000 dollar diamond but I love the 118 as much. No computer to tell you it needs to rest, with a denim needle in it’ll go through a heavy denim fabric folded 6 times! Threaded properly you won’t have any issues with this machine.
