My Favorite for Sensitive Ears/Head
This is the most user friendly Bluetooth I have tried. But, what really sells me on this particular brand and this particular model, is the comfort. I have a TBI (traumatic brain injury) and since suffer migraines. Because of this my head is VERY sensitive. This is the ONLY Bluetooth ear piece where I can actually forget it's in my ear. That says a lot! When I lost my last one, I tried every upscale brand on the market. Based on comfort first, then ease of use and size (didn't want a big old headset walking around), I came full circle back to this particular model. Audio quality for the person you call is horrible
I bought this specific one because it was supposed to have great reviews online. In reality the 4 people I've talked to while driving have said they can barely hear me and it sounds like I'm under water or it cuts out. The audio in my ear sounds just fine though. I've gone back to just using the standard wired microphone. I don't get why BT headsets all suck so bad compared to a standard wired one. The only style/model I have used for years.
I love the Plantronics M165 and always search for them when I need a new headset. Sadly this one was defective (would not charge or pair with any device) but that won't stop me from trying to find another. This is the only model I ever look for. They are getting harder and harder to find.😞 I ruined my first one because it was so comfortable I forgot to take it out before showering. Second and third ones fell victim to a teething mastiff. Best headset I've ever owned
This is the best headset I've ever owned. It fits well in my ear, sound is clear, the people I'm talking to can hear me, and is lightweight. It also has one feature that I've not found in other headsets: it's not limited to just call audio. I often use the phone for navigation, and it's difficult sometimes to hear the directions as I drive. This headset includes that audio also, so it's much easier to hear the phone tell me where to go. When my first Marque 2 wore out (I use it a lot), I bought something different to replace it. It didn't fit my ear well, causing painfully tender spots. I could hear ok on calls, but couldn't hear the navigation on the phone, and I kept getting the voice dial feature when hanging up. I missed my Marque 2. So, I got my second one. Amazing audio, comfort and price
This is a great Bluetooth headset that is simple to use, easy to pair and loaded with features. This is the second one I purchased since the first went through the washing machine....twice! Unbelievably, it still worked after the first time for several months until I left it in my pocket AGAIN! This earpiece is so comfortable that I completely forget I'm wearing it. The headset comes with 3 different sized ear pieces as well to individualize comfort. I love the fact that it has an actual on/off button and each time when you turn it on, it tells you how much talk time you have left. The noise cancellation in this is amazing even when walking in the wind or around loud noises. The pairing on this is so easy and painless and reconnecting is painless when you have walked too far away from your device (I have gone over 25 feet before this happened). Well worth the price and much more
I was using the Plantronincs M70 until my cat stole it and dropped it in her water bowl over night. This model does what it did and so much more. Very nice lines, comfortable and extremly easy to set up. Worked right out of the box with all of my devices, even my BT cable box.
