If you have a damaged interior part on your 350z, and we all know they can break or just wear out with over use, getting a replacement from an actual 350z that has been 'decomisioned' isa good way to approach it. In my case, the door of the compartment had been broken by a previous owner who had it open and moved the seat back, trapping the door and breaking the geared hinge. The replacement was in god working order, and as Nissans have a simple mounting system it was easy to remove the broken one and slot in the replacement. In my case I chose to source it from the UK because the locally sourced ones were 3x the cost. Paypal exchange rates and the global shipping system all worked in my favour, so within 3 weeks I had a functional car interior again.
