Warming up.
This is the second one of these I have purchased and am very pleased with the item. You need a double radiator to place the fan on (a single panel isn't wide enough to stand it on). Just place it in a convenient place on top of the radiator, plug in the power supply & away you go. I have two rooms with radiators at one end which leaves the far end rather cool. This fan pushes warmed air around the room & really does make a difference. Reasonably quiet operation, but you do hear the fan running, though I don't find it a problem. The fan starts & stops via a thermostat (fixed temperature), but can run on even when the radiator has cooled down. It just needs unplugging to avoid cool air being blown into the room. Ideally you need a nearby power point to plug into, but an extension lead would be OK if there isn't one. All in all, a good purchase & value for money. My first fan is now on its second winter, so seems reliable. Just one minor point. The description said it was a new updated version, but what I received was a little different to the illustration & just like the first one I bought.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Loud and insufficient
It's too loud to have it on all the time. The cord is awkward and the heat generated is very low. When unpacked it seemed like someone already used the unit and return it - it was not as original. Well worth it
I live in quite a cold property out in the countryside, and have to say that this has made a bit of a difference. It helps distribute the warm air at the back of the radiator, around the room. It is worth trying! Simple design, cheap to run, but it does work!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

GOOD PRODUCT
We purchased two of these to use in our conservatory which is quite high on the back of bungalow NORTH facing so not a lot of winter sun to be had !!! Economical ( Green ) heat booster.
This is the second one I have purchased in recent years and is a vast improvement on the original. I have to say how well this little invention works, its simple and cheap to use. It has allowed me to switch an upstairs radiator off and this has improved the flow of hot water to down stairs radiators warming the house even better. you can hear the fan so i use it in an unused bedroom.. simple solution to a problem.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
