Lightweight and easy to assemble
This is a replacement hoop for one bought about 5 years ago and which recently broke. This one is really easy to assemble, sections slide and click together and the weights are already built into each section. It is also, easy to use and completely silent when in use unlike my other, where the weights rolled around inside the casings. The only negative for me is that it is much lighter than my old one and I don't feel it gives me the same workout. No bruising at all but I'm used to using one by now. Easy to use hula hoop
This is an easy to use hula hoop but the massage balls do cause bruising to begin with. I am hoping this does ease off with time as I really want to continue to use the hoop. I am going to persevere with it and see how it goes but will try to protect myself with some padding for a while to see if that helps. There is no pain with using it just I just turn black and blue around the midriff after a day or so which looks much worse than it is. Hulahooping inside or out!
OK if you over do it in the first few sessions it will bruise a little so build yourself up gradually but along with other sport activities for a variety its fun & effective.
