Well made but not hard wearing
Great idea but not hard wearing. Have used these recently on a water that has a few Lily pads. They very rarely tangle and do exactly what they are set out for but after a battle with a large carp the braid is often frayed. Sometimes the lead core is even coming out of the braid. As a result expect to get through more of these than normal if fishing weedy areas. I can imagine if fishing soft or clear bottoms then they should be okay. As a result i switched to making my own from stronger abrasion resistant leader and do not need to replace so often. For the expensive price i expected them to last longer.
