SOLID PRODUCT, BUT COULD BE BETTER
I went with Sena after a good bit of research. I wasn't looking for the best model, but rather a solid performer for a reasonable price, and that is what I found. The sound, while clear, leaves a LOT to be desired in terms of quality--very tinny sounding, with familiar voices sounding odd, and music sounds like an old AM radio. Controls are fairly simple, although they could be explained better in some areas of the manual (which you have to go online and download, an annoying nod to the "modern" age--nothing in the box even tells you this, you just have to know!). I particularly wanted to use the 4-way intercom for group rides, but it is maddeningly difficult to figure out and implement by the manual's instructions (in fact, after the first ride, we still didn't get it yet). One-on-one works fine, and is simple to implement. Lots of additional features which are very nice, such as the Bluetooth capability for phone/music usage. Overall a good intercom, but you get what you pay for, and these could definitely be better. I would recommend these for people who just want a quality intercom for relatively cheap, but don't expect the world from them.
