Fully featured, so so sound
The Sena SMH 10-11 is intuitive to use, and easy to set up. Call quality and the boom microphone work very well in a full face helmet at over 70mph. The only thing I wished were better would be the audio quality when listening to music. For music the sound is loud but tinny, and with a very limited sound frequency range. Outstanding for telephone and navigation, passable but disappointing for music. Since I bought it primarily so I could receive calls and use navigation on the road while being able to be more aware of the world around me when compared to using ear buds I would have to say it works as intended and works very well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

SOLID PRODUCT, BUT COULD BE BETTER
I went with Sena after a good bit of research. I wasn't looking for the best model, but rather a solid performer for a reasonable price, and that is what I found. The sound, while clear, leaves a LOT to be desired in terms of quality--very tinny sounding, with familiar voices sounding odd, and music sounds like an old AM radio. Controls are fairly simple, although they could be explained better in some areas of the manual (which you have to go online and download, an annoying nod to the "modern" age--nothing in the box even tells you this, you just have to know!). I particularly wanted to use the 4-way intercom for group rides, but it is maddeningly difficult to figure out and implement by the manual's instructions (in fact, after the first ride, we still didn't get it yet). One-on-one works fine, and is simple to implement. Lots of additional features which are very nice, such as the Bluetooth capability for phone/music usage. Overall a good intercom, but you get what you pay for, and these could definitely be better. I would recommend these for people who just want a quality intercom for relatively cheap, but don't expect the world from them.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great connection
The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 is because it takes a little while to actually get connected. I had to start riding with my friends and after about 5-10 minutes it finally established a connection. Not a true universal intercom!
Very good volume. Bass it quite flat however. The advertised universal intercom feature is false. Sena must've meant its only universal to other Sena line up. Will not connect to other brands of intercom units. Connect-ivy is excellent once you learn how to use it. Lots of command features in a small unit. Caveman easy

Good product so far!
I bought this headset for my HD capstone modular helmet. So far I have no complaints. I've talked to my wife several times and she hears me perfectly while I'm riding. Sena smh10
I love it. Makes riding even more fun when you have friends that also have these. Only had it a week. I forgot to clip it back to my helmet and it came out of my pocket going about 80mph.
