Wordy but it has to describe what it is and for who it is aimed at.
Very helpful, a much easier way to do Pilate's for back pain than following the printed sheets given by physio. I also like that there are different levels which gives me something to aim for as I progress. Good exercise plan
Have only done the first three sections of the exercise program so far. Bought the dvd because I suffer from lower back pain, haven't noticed an improvement as yet. The routines are well explained with an easier version if needed. I've done yoga for many years so to me it's possibly easier than for some people.
