Made in America.
Unfortunately like all great quality items some company found a way to create something similar for a fraction of the cost. So there went a awesome high quality item out the window. These camp boxes are a lifetime quality product. If you don't abuse it your grandchildren might one day be utilizing this high quality product in their Outdoor Adventures. Very well-thought-out. Light weight with great design.
This is probably the best commercially made camp chuck box ever sold, but they are no longer available new which has greatly inflated the cost if you can find one. In addition to that, it is a large bulking item so shipping cost is usually $100 - $150.
