Connected - after a bit of perseverance!
This product was "relatively" easy to set up, installed automatically onto my laptop. However the connectivity is a bit patchy at times. I have not had it long enough to say whether this is down to the dongle or EE coverage in my area, which can be a bit hit and miss. Indeed, I thought the dongle wasn't working at first, but after lengthy conversations with the EE tech team it turned out to be a problem with their mast closest to me! Moral of the story is, don't give up and return it until you've explored options with the EE team.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Waste of money
