Has effectively removed stubborn stray coarse chin and lip hairs after a couple of applications. It does take a long time to do a treatment and the hairs can be difficult to locate once the conductive gel has been applied. To remove all of my arm, leg and bikini line hairs would take a very long time. Overall I am happy with the product. For the price it is very reasonable compared to similar salon treatments. major dissapointment
