I never leave negative feedback but am so disappointed. The TV is plagued by software issues. Google "TCL Roku freezing". AO were zero help. Refus
I never leave negative feedback but am so disappointed. The TV is plagued by software issues. Google "TCL Roku freezing". AO were zero help. Refused to accept a return. Directed to the manufacture. Every time I speak about my case with them, we repeat the same steps. Nothing improves.
It's true that until you need the support of a retailer, you have nothing to measure them by. Previously a fan of AO, I would wholly avoid them.
