The vertex pistons are manufactured using a gravity melting process or hydraulic forging to create the raw parts and therefore the structure of the material is refined using a hi-tech thermal treatment completed in an automatic HT system with solubilization for timing in hot water. This thermal treatment process is cutting -edge technology for this type of aluminum alloys.
