Absolutely not what I expected!! 🥴
For a start, the programmes are ridiculous. If you want a 40 degree wash with the highest 1400 spin, then this takes hours and hours! There is a quick wash on the machine but it is very restricted with the temperature and the spin. If you change the spin and temp, then the time increases and increases! Hence, there isn’t really a “quick wash” on this machine at all! Programmes are far too long and far too complicated. When will the washing machine companies finally realise that you only need a few programmes on their machines? The majority of these programmes will never, ever be used. Besides, the ones you do use, are far too long and not at the temp needed and also not at the spin required! Let’s face it, who on earth has got time for one wash load to take 3 and half hours??? I know I haven’t!! 😩🙄 You have to end up putting it on again on a fast spin, which then increases the time of the wash even further! I won’t even mention that when you do spin at the max 1400 speed, the washing comes out absolutely soaked and is still extremely wet/heavy. Not good at all and that is on the highest spin speed!! I’ve just got rid of my old Indesit machine that I’d had for years but my old machine spun better than this new one!! Doesn’t makes sense, considering the technology should have been bettered over the years?? The machine isn’t as quiet as expected either. Not too bad, but not as quiet as it suggests. The only reason why I’ve given it a 1 star is because the machine does look nice and modern; with a large door and plenty of space inside. That is the only thing going for this machine though, sadly. Hisense… you need to go back to the drawing board with this machine.. especially the programmes and the awful technology/spin on the machine.
