    Natural antidepressant

    There is some scientific evidence that St. John's wort may be helpful in treating depression, and the benefit seems similar to that of antidepressants. I will recommending this herb because it’s much kinder to patients. It’s very well tolerated, with most patients seeing fast results, with few side-effects and fewer withdrawal symptoms.
