Having installed the above system, I was very pleased with the visual appearance of the system, ease of insulation, and the speaking sound reception. I had installed the system 45 metres away from my home to my workshop, and to repeat myself the speaking communication is excellent. I bought 50 meters of speaker wire from screw fix, dirt cheap. They are attractive looking phones, and they do resemble the look of real phones. The reason I have given it only 4 stars, is, the call sound buzzer/ringer, is not that loud. When working in the work shop with machinery on, you can easily miss the phone buzzer, I suggest you put the main phone with the sound adjuster and batteries in the area that has the most noise, should you just install them in a house with very little noise they would be fine. Finally, I was not very happy with loudness of the call buzzer in my work shop, so I experimented with a amplifier, I found a coiled suction microphone that was attached to a little speaker, which was used for amplifying telephone speech, stuck the coiled mic to the phone case, switched on the speaker amp, and now I can hear down the street.
