Good as new and gives a clear picture
I had been using a 10-year old Sky box, but changed to the current recorder.from Freesat (made by Arris). Setup was qute easy, although it needed a lot of clicks on the remote to enter passwords for Wi-Fi, iPlayer, ITV hub and My5. It doesn't have an All4 app, although Channel 4 is present. Picture quality through the HDMI cable (supplied) is good. The remote is noticeably slower to respond than that of the old Sky box, although I got used to it after a day. The Program Guide has too large text and a fussy view. I prefer the simpler Sky PG. This one looks like it was designed by an ITV/BBC committee. The supplied Apps seem to work fine, much in the same way as my Roku/Now TV stick. I vote it down to only 4 stars due to the lack of an All4 App and the small delay between pressing a remote button and getting a visual response on screen. This refurbished box direct from Freesat UK is indistinguishable from new, and while hardly cheap is competitively priced, as these boxes are obviously in high demand.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
