A great adaptation of the Outlander series of books written by by Diana Gabaldon
Until very recently, I knew almost nothing about Outlander, other than it had been filmed in several locations near to where I live. I had actually seen some of the filming taking place in the mediaeval village of Culross. A friend enthused so much about the series that we visited many of the locations, where we met large numbers of other afficionados of the story. I immrdiately ordered DVDs of the entire collection so far. The story is thoroughly absorbing, the settings used in the filming and the acting are absolutely superb. The characters are brilliantly portrayed. This is the best video series I've ever seen. I can now hardly wait for the next Outlander episodes to be released!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Impossible to activate
I have this product at home almost 2 weels but if I want to watch it I need to sign in and activate their code. It is not problem but their link doesn't work- imposible to sign in or acticate new code. When I emailed them, no answer. And the code is due in one month after it is not valid. Brilliant series . Ideal for fans with about 15 hours of extra material
I was addicted to Outlander after just 2 episodes on More 4 so I had to buy the Series 1 & 2 box set in order to get the full enjoyment quickly. I'm so glad I did it's brilliant. There's about 15 hours of extra material in the box set so lots of bit that were never televised. The books were terrific, but I didn’t expect this series to be as good as it is. A little slow to start in Episode 1, but the characters are played really well and it soon hots up.
