Casie Bowman (Scott Adkins) and his wife were about to welcome their first child into the world when her life was ended in a flash of violence. Armed with the knowledge that her killer used barbed-wire to commit the murder, Casie pays a visit to his trusted brother-in-law Nakabara (Kane Kosugi), who reveals that a sadistic drug lord named Goro has taught his henchmen to wield barbed-wire as a weapon. But Goro's massive fortress is located deep in the jungles of Burma, and guarded by a small army of soldiers. Undeterred, Casie trains his body to perfection, using his stealth and lethal fighting skills to become an unstoppable force of nature. Later, when the vengeful Casie comes face to face with the ruthless Goro, he discovers a betrayal so devastating that it threatens to be his undoing.
