Insightful and challanging
This movie is a challange. i purchased it to learn more about the subjest of MPD. For those who require information on cases about MPD it is good. Sally Feilds plays her parts very well, but it not on for Entertaining, It is to see how some people live. Excellenct for this.

So Sad and yet very moving
We watched about half of this movie many years ago on tv and had never seen the conclusion until now, this is a moving and very sad story about the abuse a young child endures from her mother, I found myself crying at times during the movie and then so angry at other times because I found it so hard to understand how anyone could do what this mother did to her little girl, very very moving story indeed. Sally Field was absolutely fantastic in the role of Sybil in this movie.
