A great docking station
From a great, trusted brand, nice build, sleek looks and has all the features I was after such as dual display ports and ethernet ports. All at a far more affordable price in comparison to some of the competitors. By the way my use case does not require usb-c. I switch between a pc and a laptop on a regular basis and the USB connector on this replicator is what i need.

Excellent & much cheaper than a docking station that supplies power. Plug it in, bury it under stuff & forget about it.
I love it. Can dock my work laptop using one USB cable, gives me two external screens, a bunch of USBs, tidies up my cables & means when i am back & forth from the office, i can do it without taking my desk apart. I found it kept the lights on my keyboard illuminated when the laptop was off at first, but i plugged in an un-powered USB hub i had been using before in & it sorted that problem too. I have recommended it to my team at work, being able to plug two external screens has been the most transformative thing.
