Muscle massage
I have used this quite a few times since I bought it and I believe it has helped my recovery from exercise. When I researched it I read a lot of reviews that said the app for the gun wasn’t worth bothering with or that it doesn’t work but I haven’t found an issue with it. This isn’t going to replace the need for a good muscle balance, if you are pushing a muscle too hard without gradual strengthening exercises you will still have problems but I am happy with it.
