Excellent sawbench. poor set-up instructions.
Excellent product. Robust and stable. Fence guard secure and accurate. Performed ripping tasks as expected. Major problem was that the assembly instructions/diagrams didn't seem to match the parts supplied. A box with components was placed under the saw bench, but above the saw motor. No information on how to get this out at all. The box was opened using a sharp knife and the items inside recovered. The empty box could then be crumpled up and removed. Most bizarre!! Trusting to instinct and experience the saw bench went to together very nicely and has already proved its worth.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Will be a great machine once its fixed.
I do like the saw. I have done one task with it that turned out to be a great successes . Unfortnatly the blade height adjuster has seized up . I have looked into this and discovered the threaded rod that runs through the saw blade unit , through a nut that fits in the bracket that carry's the blade and motor is the cause of the problem. Once I have fixed this I expect the saw to be a very useful machine that I will favour for many years .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The assembly instruction booklet are inaccurate but with a little head scratching I was able to fathom where all the parts fitted. Once fitted the saw table is really good and has been used experimentally to see the action of the saw. The dust extraction required some ingenuity to fix the supplied hose to my vacuum cleaner and a couple of size adaptors would have been useful. When all nuts bolts are tightened with the supplied spanners the whole unit is stable. So far, no operational problems.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Capable saw
It was very difficult to assemble. The instructions are woeful. A few false starts but we got there eventually. I used the saw for the first time today and it easily ripped 50m of 60mm timber in quick time. Motor was still cool after 30 minutes of continuous use. Only observation is that the blade seems to creep down in height with use, not a big issue as long as it doesn't get worse. Happy so far, time will tell.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
