Very comfortable and excellent value for money.

big disappointment with a Which recommended emma mattress!
The mattress smells badly and even after washing the cover it did not get rid of the smell. We bought the medium firm version and its ways too soft. Also the mattress is very warm which might be ok for the winter but for the rest of the year this will be a problem. We requested to return the mattress after having tried it for 5 days. But customer service replied that I have to wait until the manufacturer replies and this could mean that we will have to wait until June 7th (1 month) until it will be collected. UNFORTUNATELY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE MATTRESS AS SUCH AND ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE SELLER! DFO WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
