Surfans F20 Bluetooth Mp3 Player. 【 Lossless Audio】: Lossless Music Player Utilizes advanced PCM510xA 2.1 VRMS, 112/106/100 dB Audio Stereo DAC chip, with a maximum sampling rate of 44.1¨C384 kHz /32 bit.
I've worked my way through a lot of mp3 players in my time, and each time a unit died I've picked a replacement based on things that I realised were missing on the old one. Which basically means that I've become very picky about everything; not just the sound quality, but also things like build quality, UI, and even whether the headphone socket is wired the right way round (don't laugh; one Android-based player I had recently managed to get that wrong).
The Surfans unit does very nearly everything right. It boots up quickly, it sounds great, it's built like a tank, the controls are well thought-out and feel like premium components were used, the display is excellent, and even when it's accessing an almost-full 256 Gb microSD card the player is fast and responsive (and I've yet to make it crash, which is amazing). I can't comment on the eq because I don't use it, but the gapless playback setting sounds genuinely gapless.
If I have one niggle with it, it's an extremely trivial one: the microSD slot is very recessed into the side of the player and if you don't have long fingernails you may struggle to push it in far enough so that it latches.
But that's the only fault I could find with this player. Highly recommended.
