If you have a big block of cheese you want to cut down into smaller pieces suitable for freezing, then this is the tool for the job. Quick & easy to use, easy to clean afterwards. The roller under the cutting bed guides the cutting wire and ensures it is correctly positioned as you cut across and down through the cheese.
