Worth purchasing for a wi-fi signal boost!
Really impressed with this. I needed to boost my wi-fi signal in my study. Purchased this unsure if it would make any difference. It has! Not simple to set up. It offers three options for set up the first one being the simplest. But that didn't work, so had to try the second option which requires registering your original wi-fi router in order for the router and booster to link. Debatable whether it works or not
Positioned on landing upstairs, way within range of my WiFi router, connection is good but signal from device varies. Starts off ok but gradually gets worse and worse. Have tried updating firmware and this has made some improvement but not enough. I don't even get half the speed of my WiFi router at best. Connection drops out frequently. needs a WPS button on your router.
