A great home blood pressure monitor combined with the app on the phone gives great insight.
Brilliant bit of kit. The app on my phone syncs with the machine and provides graphs of my blood pressure, pulse, weight, and steps walked. the data can be exported as an excel sheet or a csv file. having just had a heart stent fitted, I could monitor my blood pressure throughout the day and share it with my GP. The machine calculates your average daily, weekly, monthly and yearly figures. Health goals can also be input.
