Hard work but worth the effort for a lovely coffee
Takes time to get grinding head adjusted to produce correct grind for cafetière or espresso machine. Also takes a long time to grind and requires effort but does produce really well ground coffee and the cover over the beans stop them flying out. Also like the additional jar to store coffee. Rubbery bits on jar stop it slipping on the worktop and easy to hold on to as you grind. Fairly good quality product for the price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This item needs a shorter name.
It is effective at grinding and easy to use. However you will find it more difficult to set the mill to deliver the right size granules. You're stuck with trial and error - set mill, grind for a bit, check the size, dismantle the device, rinse and repeat. Of course, once you have found the right setting you will have reached coffee nirvana. Great, if like me, you're a novice coffee fan but some people out there will justify spending more. A little fiddly to get the hang of, but only takes a little time. Absolutely love this, really large capacity and easy to hold, and sturdy, nice materials. a good basic grinder for beginners
Wanted to try making a decent cup of coffee at home but only need enough ground for one cup , This has been much better then I was expecting as I did not want to invest in a high price grinder as I am a complete beginner to the whole world of coffee making ! The quality of the little grinder is better then I was expecting and I think it is a good buy for beginners . Good grinder for a good price
Easy to use, requires a little elbow grease as I expected. Good design - rubber cover stops beans jumping out. Rubber base for jar stops it slipping as you grind. Came with a spare jar and lid. Makes grinding beans pleasurable
Enjoy using this coffee grinder. It's a simple design and works well. I wanted something mechanical and not electric to be more in touch with the process of grinding beans. Reliable and strong enough for home
This grinder is easily adjusted to give fine grinding (for espresso), coarse (for cafetiere) and grades in between.
