Getting moving with Fitbit Alta
I felt I needed to be more active and so I bought my Fitbit to keep an eye on how and when I was active. It's been a revelation and has made me get up and move far more. I hope to use it to help me lose weight after my holiday! Such a great little device
I just love my Fitbit Alta. It's not too big and you can change the bracelet to blend in with your skin, rather than it stand out like a sore thumb. I already wear a watch, so just want my fitbit to be inconspicuous. It tells me just what I want to know.
