It is a little big but what do you expect with a capacity of 5L. So much easier with instant hot water for teas with no wait. Cooking pasta, rice in half the time. Really happy with the choice. Annoying
The machine does what it says but when I press the button to get water sometimes I just get a click and no water. sometimes I have to press the button a few times to get it to work. Yes and No
This is one of the best kitchen tools ever. It is overpriced unless you are prepared to search the internet. I have not filled in the good value box and the good quality box as there is a problem with the lid seal and having had 2 already (1 a replacement), also, you cannot buy a replacement seal, which is disappointing, so I bought another unit for when my old one finally gives up. The hand pump has never worked on either of the first 2 which is not handy meaning the unit has to be lifted and tipped to empty and hot water is in the lid. I still would not be without it, no waiting for a 3 kw kettle to boil, great for visitors too.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Instant!
This really is instant... and as much hot water as you want! I’ve had other types that are quick but not instant and only dispense a certain amount at a time The 5lt machine is rather large but still fits under my kitchen cupboards. I generally only need to fill one a day and that’s enough for numerous cuppas and filling of pans for cooking. The timer feature works well if you don’t want it on all night but I now leave it on permanently... in case I wake in the early hours. I have invested in a filter jug though as I suspect it would need frequent descaling. Very happy with mine and would recommend

Hot drinks at the push of a button
This was a gift for my sister in law. She finds it difficult to lift a kettle and this suits her perfectly. Her husband fills it up in the morning and she has access to hot drinks at the push of a button all day. They were worried about how much electric it would use but she said It's really economical actually & probably uses less power than boiling the kettle all the time. It's so worth it anyway for the ease & convenience. My sister has one too, and recommended this make as she likes it so much. Constant hot water!!
Like this water dispenser very much. Actually wanted the 3.5ltr model but could only get a reconditioned one. It is quite big but smart looking! The 5 ltr capacity means you are not constantly filling it up. Can be easily set to the perfect temperature you want. Goodbye kettle.
This is the bee's knees, it doesn't take up much more space than my kettle did only in height. Easy to follow instruction's, no more waiting for the kettle to boil and benefit of a timer so I don't need to leave it on all night but have hot water ready when i get up. My instant hot water dispenser
I bought my first dispenser 4 years ago and use at least 10 times a day for making tea, coffee, cooking, instant gravely and my hot water bottle.
