Excellent alternative to tent pegs
Fantastic product. Used for the first time today. As a Forest School teacher, I used to use tent pegs for tarpaulins, but they would be a trip hazard and would bend out of shape easily. These pegs are far more robust, go into the ground easily and easy to remove, all while sitting flush to the ground removing any trip hazard. Comes in a useful storage box too. An excellent product for anyone with a t...
An excellent product for anyone with a tent / awning / gazebo requiring a groundsheet or in my case the flap around the awning base that tucks under the groundsheet. These are tough - don't crack or bend if you need to knock them into hard ground with a mallet, soft rubber "mushroom" head offers protection to toes. Easy to extract - this is my second set as my big summer awning used for stays of 2 weeks plus requires 34. Metal pegs to hold down groundsheet.
When on a hard standing, I like to put down a groundsheet by the caravan for the dog. Trouble is, if its windy the groundsheet blows away. Plastic pegs are no good so I wanted some metal ones. These are really just a nail with a rubber washer to protect the groundsheet but this is perfect for the job!
