good product for the money
this product is a bit more involved than a simple ''air con bomb'' it is sprayed into the air vents and fresh air intake(remembering to take out the pollen filter!) I had a wet dog smell in my car which came from my air vents when the air con was off and was quite strong so I decided to purchase this product. After I used it the interior was definitely fresher with a nice citrus smell from the air vents. I used this product about 5 months ago now and while it worked well I can still detect a slight odour when the air con is turned off and would imagine that it would need re treated every spring. On the whole I would recommend this product as it does a good job for little outlay and would certainly be cheaper than a professional treatment.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Don' waste your money
I bought this to cure a musty smell I was getting when my a/c was switched on. For me, the product did little if anything to remove the smell. I expected the odour remover to do just that -remove the smell - and I didn't notice any difference. I expected the treated a/c vents to give off a pleasant, clean, fresh smell, combined, perhaps, with even a slightly disinfectant trace, but they didn't. Works as a package.
Used as per instructions and various YouTube demos. Not sure if the foam product solved the issue on it's own but certainly when used in conjunction with the bomb the A/C was cleaned and working well afterwards with 99% of smell gone. False hopes
Used exactly as described... including use of YouTube videos to dismantle parts of the car and inject directly into the compressor. K2 foam, best product I have found to clean very smelly aircon.
K2 works where other products failed. Best to inject it as close to the evapourator core as possible. In my car the blower fan was between the pollen filter and evap, and rather than spend an hour removing the blower fan ( needed special tool ) it was easier to drill a small hole into the casing between blower and evap. This gave access to evap core. Filled cavity with the foam and injected other vents as prescribed. Left foam over night and then plugged drilled hole. The "plesant, fresh smell" they are advertising is more like the fresh smell that is coming from a cow barn. More noticeable when the hot air is turned on after using.
