Best Bluetooth Headset I have ever owned.
The charge on this LG headset lasts a long time. When it is turned on, it tells you if the battery is low, medium or high. Very good feature. Although I don't use it all day, I do use it every day. Other headsets I had to charge every 2 days, others every day. With this one, I charge it once or twice a week and that is if I really use it for a long time. I love them but...connectivity
These look, feel, fit, and sound good. I have no complaints there. This is my fourth pair of LG headsets over the last 8 years or so and I have been pleased with them. This pair only gets 3 stars because of connectivity issues I've had with them. Whenever I get far enough away from my phone for them to lose the connection these have difficulty reconnecting when I'm back in range. They take numerous tries before they reconnect and about half of the time I have to turn the headset off and back on again before they are able to successfully connect again. This is not a huge problem, it is just annoying. I didn't have this issue with previous LG headsets.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Lightweight and comfortable with great battery life and clear sound. I use this headset all day every day either for phone calls or listening to podcasts and the battery easily lasts 12+ hours. My only minor complaint is that to use Siri you must double press the answer button VERY quickly, which is easy to miss if you are too slow. The retractable earpieces work well as the product is new, cannot tell as yet how durable the retraction system will prove to be over time. Easy use
I’m a truck driver; and have gone through several brands and designs of hands-free earphones. Getting in and out of the truck always has been a challenge to remember or forget my devices; or they are knocked off or fall out. This is my favorite out of all ten lg headsets I have had over the years. I feel Like I’ve tried about all of them. Definitely get the warranty because they do go bad especially if you use them Like I do! You won’t be disappointed with this headset. It has good sound and easy soft retractable earpiece. Light, comfortable, easy to use, and sound great to boot!
Excellent sound quality and decent battery life. It is extremely comfortable to use, not bulky or cumbersome. The best part is, there's no wires running down to a phone or device! It connects quickly and has a decent range if moving around without your device on your person, at least 18'-20'. It definitely cost more than other Bluetooth headphones, but seem to have quality that the others don't. Inferior sound quality vs older LG headset
Headset arrived in a timely manner. My fault for not heeding reviews for product. Sound quality is not good. I have an older LG neckband that I love but my cat ate one of the earbud connections.
