Excellent find.
How to make a hubby happy and get him out from under your feet for at least 30 minutes! Bought as hubby had a number of power tools still in their original cardboard boxes...(sure I saw one with a 2 shilling sticker on it). He spent a while putting them in here and even sorting some out. He then purchased a second smaller one for smaller power tools (e.g. sanding mouse). The excitement of finding out they were STACKABLE was overwhelming, apparently. I managed to look suitably impressed with his newfound love of a tidy garage. Great quality tool box very strong and even the catches are metal so no worry about them breaking unlike some plastic catches on cheaper boxes. Dewalt what else for storage
Well made box and easy to cut form inserts was able to get my AEG charger, drill , impact driver standing on there rears two batts 1.5 amp and a 4 amp hour inside it with a little planning with room to store some bit as well. Tough, chunky handle, metal locks, click together - excellent
I bought two of these deep tool boxes to hold my steam engines and carriages in. I also use them for my Dewalt tools. They are very tough in construction and have a metal rather than plastic catch. Also they click together which is useful for the car and transporting on a trolley. Then when you arrive on site you unclick them and carry them, one in each hand using the chunky handles. Robust, Stacking (with clip-together security) and reliable Toolboxes with good capacity. Part of a wide range of compatible stacking toolboxes which make life much easier for carrying and finding tools. The extra tool tray is desirable, but not necessary usually, as many come without the tray (check details). I use a whole variety from the range, including a number of these bigger toolboxes. Strong and durable case
The case is big and spacious, easily housing in my Dewalt 591 circular saw. The only thing is that the precut foam insert is cut to house both the saw and mutlitool. I would have been better if you could choose too have an insert to fit just one tool and a tote tray for accessories.
