Good punchbag
Bought this for my son to do His Karate kicking with as nowhere to fix a hanging one and he wanted in his bedroom. I didn't realise he could kick so hard and the rubber suckers on the punchbag base stuck to the bedroom Laminate floor so every time he kicked the bag the laminate floor covering boards were lifting quite high. I found a piece of painted plywood to put under the base and it's fine now. It does move a little but no big problem. It's well made and standing up to the use well so far (1 month since Christmas). New to boxing
I cycle a lot but do no upper body work. Desperate to find a way to build up my twig like arms at the same time as getting some cardio. The bag is great; filled base with water and holds it steady, along with suckers. Plenty of workouts for beginners on you tube. Put in some loud music and 20-30 mins working round the bag and all the stresses of the day disappear. And hopefully the twigs fleshing out. You’ll need to buy some gloves separately. Great product and perfect for teenage grandson
My boxer grandson loves this bag. He's almost 6ft tall and says the size is perfect, he also likes the numbers and finds them a useful training aid. You can really wack this thing, and its very difficult to topple, even without filling the base with anything, still holds its own. Very good height, allows kicks to the knee height, even a bit lower, and way above head height. Im 6'2, and its great for head kicks, side kicks, knee/leg kicks.
