Great product. Have to read instructions a couple of times. If you sorting it yourself put box on its side and slide out because it was to heavy for me to lift out of box. I still after a week look at instructions lol because don’t know if filter working or how it works lol if you have to have bubbles on for it to work. Brought the spar clear water starter kit from Homebase. It’s great with this hot weather. I just switch it on when in use and switch it of when not in use. And it’s really quiet
Only when bubbles are on you can hear it. Thought it would be bigger.
It’s fine for a couple of people to be comfortable in. Okay!!
Easy to put up and fill. Not as deep as the Lay z spa we had previously. Even though it’s for 6 people, it will take 4 adults comfortably. No way will it be comfortable with 6 adults. Like the remote control but build quality isn’t quite as good as I expected. The pump etc is very quiet, which for me is a massive plus. Filters and accessories appear to be a bit expensive. Bit more spacious than our previous hot tub. Not sure I’d buy another, but it’ll do for now.
Great hot tub at a reasonable price. Just the right size for four. Not as deep as other leading brands, so no need for a cushion for all but the very smallest. The pump and heater are integral so no extra pod sticking out. As a novice, you just need to keep on top of the chemicals. Buy a starter kit with test strips immediately and check the free chlorine levels every day or two to stop the water going cloudy. An inflatable bladder is also useful to retain the heat and stop water pooling on the cover when it rains.
Delighted with my purchase. Great addition to our garden
Have now had my spa for about 3 weeks. Absolutely love it. So easy to inflate and operate.
Good quality and has built in inflating system etc. Not like the unsightly ones I have seen in our local garden centres etc. I am delighted with it and so glad we ordered it. Its a fair size and comfortably seats 4 adults. Hours of fun ahead of us - providing the Scottish weather improves dramatically.
Replacement for Lay-z-spa Monaco. Not as big and definitely not a 6 person tub! On the plus side, easy to set up, no external pump/heater (so much neater), quiet when on filter and relatively quick to heat up. Great little spa for maximum of 4 adults. Looks great and very comfortable.
What a brilliant easy to set up hot tub. Its self inflating and built in heater with filtration systems is excellent. we are enjoying every soothing experience relaxing in the warmth of this Hot Tub.
Highly recommend purchasing one to anybody thinking of having a new hot tub.
Very pleased. Integrated pump/ heater. Installation easy. Fill with water and heats.
Great facility, really enjoyed from first time. No hassle very pleased.
It was easy to set up I watched the online video . Takes a while to fill up trick is to fill it with warm water , so your not waiting on the heater . Water is pulled through pump with heating element then pumped back into tub so would take forever . Built into the system is a Uv light kills bacteria so no chemicals to deal with . 1st day of use I switched it off water was at 37 using the insulated cover to keep the heat in before turning on the heat system water was at 28 . Took about 1 hour to heat back up to temp if 38 . I bought the 6 person tub as it gives me more room to move around and stretch out . I've got arthritis in my knees it's early days yet but the hot tub has helped with relaxing and pain relief.
I used to have a Mspa Alpine, which failed last year, after several years of use. I ordered a Wave spa, which I had to return due to technical faults, so went for the reconditioned Mspa. I am very pleased with it. It is easy to set up, holds the temperature well, and as an added bonus, it is an inflatable hot tub that can be used in the winter. Really happy with this, would definitely recommend a Mspa hot tub to anyone.
