This is an inexpensive way to support your knee. It works great and will fit a variety of knee sizes snuggly. It doesn't fall down when walking and very easy to fit. It supports the knee very well and i think will last some time. It seems to be good quality material and well made. Although this may not be the best quality or most advanced strap. It did relieve my knee from an injury, able to secure and take load off knee when doing squat and dead lift. Ideal to prevent a current injury from getting worse while doing heavy lifting. Good for price and quick delivery, does job in providing support re fluid on knee. Comfortable to wear even for long periods.
