Great microwave if you get one that works.
I received this microwave and it was fitted the next week. On turning it on it made the most noisy grinding sound ever. I thought it would rectify itself over a few seconds but didn't. I then contacted Samsung on-live chat ( which took an hour of questions). Eventually an engineer was sent out and as soon as he turned it on and heard the noise he told me right away that it needed a new motor. As the microwave was like that from the day it was delivered I thought it would be a straight replacement - but no Samsung are just replacing the faulty motor.
