First time trying
I am pleasantly surprised! This is my first time trying Saffron, I have read a lot about it (how it is called the sunshine spice and helps with mood and PMS) and decided I had to try it. It was better than I thought it would be, I was hoping it would be good but did not really set too high of expectations, because quality has a lot to do with if it has the proper effects, but since it had good reviews and I also searched this brand online and it was one of the top two brands. My expectations were exceeded, not only did it help with my PMS pain (i have endometriosis and ovarian cysts) but I feel delightful, sense of joy and positivity. The first thing I noticed was that it was very relaxing, and helped a lot with anxiety I would say just as good as my perception benzo, but with an added sense of joy that my prescription does not give me. I took 500mg, I figured that would be a good starting dose to get a sense of how it was going to feel, I think 500mg is about right - I might try 800mg next time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
