Absolutely worked for me!
I had cats and foxes crapping consistently in two specific areas of my garden and since installing these not a single turd! I did place them on the favoured entry points with good coverage on the affected areas (i also replaced wood/bark chippings with slate to discourage paws). Nothing else worked previously including coffee, curry, lion poo and a different type of pest controller (useless) but these 2 have done the job. The foxes and cats have been seen in the garden but do not soil anymore so my kids are safe from their presents. Bought two of these after reading the reviews. When placed in the garden I noticed the red light on the sensor constantly coming on...even though there was no movement in the garden. I then bought these in and placed them facing a brick wall...still the sensor light was coming on on its own every 5-10 seconds. I contacted Primrose and they sent out a replacement pair. These are exactly the same as the other set. Red light periodically coming on when no movement - will eventually kill battery life within days!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It works
No more cats dumping dead rats on my drive. This device is discreet although makes a slight noise with a small red light when activated. It's ip45 rating means it's not suitable to be exposed to rain. I took the risk and it's still working after being exposed. Had rechargable batteries in for 3 weeks so far with at least 3 or 4 triggers per day (me walking past). Batteries are a chore to change as there are 4 small screws on back to access. Amazing Product!
Excellent product! I was skeptic about purchasing these types of products…wondering if it really works. I’m amazed, it works! It does give off a sonic sound, which causes not only the cats but also the foxes that come into my garden to scamper. Seems to have worked
Had these for about a month now and they certainly seemed to have worked, got four as we have a large garden but it's well worth it to not have the neighbourhood moggies prowling our garden day and night, also seems to have stopped next doors fleabag from yowling in the middle of the night. Defo worth the money altho I would advise turning them off if you're spending time in the garden as the do get quite irritating if you're moving around within the range. Brilliant bit of kit.
The electronic cat repellent has only been in use for less than a week and so far there have not been any sightings of the neighbours cats whilst I have been at home. However, who’s to say, the clever critters are waiting for me to leave for work before coming round to do the dirty deed. Seriously though, there is no poo in the garden so assume it’s working. Be-gone Moggies!
Well, in my garden these seem to work! Having read about them before I purchased, I expected them to take a while to work, but they seemed to work immediately for me. I was having regular visits from 2 neighbourhood moggies, using my rockery as their toilet. Since putting these in, pointing either way to cover the whole rockery, I have not found any more 'parcels'. I did see one of the cats sitting on the fence above the rockery, but it did not venture in. I have had my deterrents in now for over a month. Not sure how long the batteries last; they are still working - even though I regularly set the deterrents off myself when I do some gardening or change the bird food. waterproof and works
Ive used this ultra sonic animal repellant for over a month now and it works. after having difficulty with the local cats using the front driveway as a toilet (just where we opened the drivers door usually, dam cats!) aftewr using this repellent tucked away in a corner facing the poohing zone the cats stopped crapping! so it works. Battery lasts about 3 to 4 weeks (I used cheap wilko batteries) and lots of use (you can just hear it clicking as you walk in front of it to make sure it works as the motion sensor also lights up red). Highly recomended if you have a cat problem as pepper, repellent gel, jeys fluid, cat crystals and acid all wash away after a rain shower and this doesn't, it just works.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great purchase!
Purchased just over a week ago and so glad I did. After creating a new flower bed at the front of my cottage my neighbour's (very sweet) cat decided to use it as a toilet. Now that the PestBye is in position, no more visits. I positioned the other one in the rear garden near the bird bath, fountain and bird feeder, again no more visits.
